Public Notice has been issued by the undersigned for the information of general public that the electoral roll of 69-Jammu West Assembly Constituency has been prepared in pursuance of the provisions of rule 4 of Municipal Corporation/Council/Committee (Election) rules, 2003 and a copy thereof is available for inspection in the office of the Municipal Corporation/Council/Committee,which can be inspected during office hours.
It has also been informed that if there may be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to the inclusion of a name or any objection to particulars in any entry, the same shall be lodged on or before 19-10-2020 in form 3,4 or 5 as may be appropriate.
It has further been informed that every claims or objections should either be presented in the office of the undersigned or to the Assistant Electoral registration Officer(Chief Enforcement Officer, Jammu Municipal Corporation) not later than the aforesaid date.
