The Enforcement Staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation in compliance of Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir Order No. WP(C) No. 1345/2020, CM No. 4227/2020 and CM No. 4228/2020 dated 01.10.2020 sealed the additional unauthorized construction raised by Ms. Naseema Rashid Wani at Sidhra, Jammu.
Jammu Municipal Corporation had initiated action against the illegal construction raised by the violator in excess of the approved Building Permission under provisions of Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The matter is presently subjudice in the Hon’ble High Court of J&K.
Municipal authorities once again appeal to all the Jammu City dwellers to refrain from any act of unauthorized construction and requests the general public to support the Municipal Corporation’s endeavours to make city organized and clean.
