Thematic Cleaniliness drive in all the popular forest sanctuaries, reserved forest areas, parks and animal welfare establishments-

Under Swachh Bharat Mission, and clean India campaign a Thematic Cleanliness drive has been initiated by JMC under the able guidelines of Commissioner JMC Ms. Mandeep Kaur, IAS and Joint Commissioner (Adm) R.S Jamwal, KAS in which Dr. Zaffar Iqbal, M.V.O/ I/c Zone Officer II (Sanitation wing) got cleaned in and around the building of Municipal Animal Care Centre, Roop Nagar Jammu
In the first instance the inside of the building especially Operation theatre, scrubbing room, Kennels of stray dogs got cleaned properly by using Phenyl, Acid. lime etc and fumigate the Operation theatre properly and also cleaned the area of stray sick/injured animals shed and other area of Municipal Animal Care Centre.
The drive will remain in force upto 15th June in different forest sanctuaries, reserved forest areas, parks and animal welfare establishments.
