Further continuing and intensifying the drive against the unauthorized constructions and on the directions of Mr. Pankaj Magotra (KAS), Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation and under overall supervision of Sh. Ashish Gupta (KAS), Joint Commissioner (A) the Enforcement Staff sealed the structure inside the shop where illegal/un-authorized construction was being raised by Mr. Vivek Grover S/o. Sh. Subash Chander at Raghunath Bazar, Jammu.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation initiated the action under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1998.
Further, the Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken against the violators.
