Press Release on 12th December 2019JMC SEALS ANOTHER STRUCTURE AT GANDHI NAGAR.
On the instructions of Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff sealed one shop of Subash Gupta R/O Rehari Colony near Baby Caterer Jammu, for fixing iron shutter without obtaining proper permission from Jammu Municipal Corporation of under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 as the said structures was converted from residential to commercial without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation and causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have complained against the same.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken.
