Press Release on 15th August 2022Jammu Municipal Corporation hoisted the National Flag on the occasion of 76th Independence Day.
Sh. Chander Mohan Gupta, Hon’ble Mayor and Adv. Purnima sharma Hon’ble Dy Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation today hoisted the National Flag, the Tri-colour in presence of Mr. Rahul Yadav (IAS), Commissioner, JMC at Jammu Municipal Corporation, Town Hall Complex, Jammu on the occasion of 76th Independence Day.
During the occasion Mayor, Dy. Mayor and Commissioner, JMC convey heart-felt greetings to the employees of Jammu Municipal Corporation and appreciated the work of officers/officials as well as SKCs of JMC and stressed upon for fulfillment of their duties and responsibilities with dedication, hard work and sincerity for a bright and prosperous society. She also stressed for providing better services to the general public and she further stated that there is a need to educate the general masses to understand the need of the hour is to maintain our well being by way of keeping our surroundings neat and clean and it is duty of every citizen to pay more attention in respect of clean Jammu and green Jammu.

Hitesh Gupta (KAS), Incharge Enforcement, Ms. Shivani Bhan (KAS), Chief Accounts Officer, Ms. Manisha (KAS), Asstt. Commissioner (Rev.), Sh. Kulbhushan Khajuria (KAS), Joint Commissioner Health and sanitation, Sh. Rajesh Sumberia Joint Commissioner Works, Dr. Vinod Sharma, Health Officer, Sh. Rakesh Chander Gupta, Special Asstt. to Commissioner, and other staff from the Corporation were present on the occasion.
