Press Release on 29th August 2022JMC seals “House of Cuisine”
The Revenue Staff alongwith Enforcement Staff led by the Asstt. Commissioner (Rev.) M/s Manisha on direction of worthy Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed the restaurant running in the name “House of Cuisine” at Panjthirthi, Jammu. The restaurant was running without obtaining NOC from Jammu Municipal Corporation under section 328 of Municipal Act 2000.
Further, Asstt. Commissioner (Rev.) Jammu Municipal Corporation has appealed to the General Public to obtain prior NOC from Jammu Municipal Corporation as mandated under the provision of Section 324 and Section 328 of Municipal Corporation Act 2000 for any Business/Commercial activity within the Jurisdiction of Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as warranted under Act will be taken.
